Hi, Dr. Simon or Dr. Capitan,
There is a slight bone ridge above my right eye. It's not horrible, but it has bothered me since my forehead swelling went down (seven years ago! LOL), and the ridge has grown more prominent. The effect is to square off my forehead more than I would like and raise my eyebrow into an arch I do not like. I have tried shaping my eyebrow, but it does not resolve the issue. The bone ridge seems to extend into the orbital as well. I would like the ridge and orbital softened and smoothed if you think my forehead bone structure allows for that enhancement. I prefer to go to the bone for correction rather than a brow lift alone. But if you think you cannot correct this prominence, I will get a brow lift instead. So, zero surgery is not an option. It bothers me enough that I will address it surgically. I would rather do bone modifications first.
Kind regards,
Danielle
